You’re not stupid, just ignorant

That’s right, you aren’t stupid. You might feel stupid, you might look stupid, you might even act stupidly, but you aren’t stupid. For most of us, that’s the truth of the matter.

No, we are not all the same

Despite what you have read, heard, been told or decided for yourself we are not all the same. We are different, very different and in some ways those differences are large and obvious and in others they are so small you might never see them.

Spring into your body

Officially 1 September marks the beginning of the Spring season in the Southern Hemisphere. With four seasons in the 12-month year, it means each season is effectively three months (mathematically, at any rate).
